This property is prime hunting ground. This property has some pinion pines. The property is very private as the owner says that there are only 3 people who have access to the whole gated area where this property is located, and he says no one else has access across his property except for all of the wild game and other animals that frequent the area. This includes deer, elk, antelope, wild turkey, as well as occasionally bear and cougars that are in the area. There is a very nice camp site developed on the property. It includes 2 almost like new trailers on the site. They have very good strong factory-built metal covers over them that are made to withstand the large amount of snow that often comes up there in the winter. They have solar panels for power, and it also includes 3 portable generators, as well as a nice storage building. There are also equipped shooting ranges there on the property. There is a lot of Fish and Game ground near this property. The owner says it's only about 2 miles to a nice Fish and Game spring fed lake that I've been told produces some very nice large trout. The best access to the Fish and Game ground is accessed with this property, and only this property owner has that access.
